1 smaller zucchini
juice of 1/2 lime or lemon
1 tbsp. of palm sugar
1/2 tsp. of quality salt
1/2 – 1 chili, depending on the hotness
1 to 2 cloves of garlic
3 ripe avocados
1 spring onion stem
1/2 of red bell pepper
a bunch of fresh coriander
freshly ground black pepper
1 tbsp. of avocado oil or olive oil

Chop the zucchini into the blender. Add the lime or lemon juice, sugar, salt, chopped chili and garlic cloves. Power blend for 30 seconds at full power.
Halve the avocados and remove the stones. Spoon into the blender jar and stir quickly, but do not over stir. You can use the pulse function. Cut the spring onions into thin slices. Finely chop the coriander and dice the peppers into small cubes. Mix the guacamole into a mixture by hand. Add more pepper and avocado oil or olive oil and mix. Check the taste.
