PUMPKIN SOUP

For 2
Preparation time 10 minutes – 30 minutes if you are using cooked pumpkin

1/2 l of pumpkin rough-shredded or steamed and diced
1/4 dl of shelled hemp seeds
1/2 dl of cashew nuts
a pinch of high-quality salt
1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
1/4 tsp. of cardamom
a pinch of nutmeg flower
1/4 tsp. of allspice
2 dl freshly squeezed apple juice
approx. 2 dl of water

Raw or lightly steamed pumpkins can be used for the soup.
Power mix the nuts and hemp seeds first into powder at full power. Add the remaining ingredients and power mix for approx. 2 min., gradually adding revolutions. Check the taste and serve immediately.
