ALMOND MILK

approx. 5 dl
Preparation time 5 min. + soaking of almonds 8 h

2 dl of almonds, soaked overnight
6 dl of fresh water
2 whole dates (seeds removed)
1/8 tsp. of salt

Rinse and strain the almonds and mix all ingredients at full power into a fine mixture. Strain through gauze or, for example, a fabric fruit bag. Store in the refrigerator in a glass jar with a tight lid. Use within 2 days.

NB! Milk can be prepared in the same way also of other nuts and seeds.
