SPICY LINGONBERRY SMOOTHIE

(1 large or 2 small glasses)

3 tbsp. of shelled hemp seeds
1 organic orange juice squeezed + enough water to get 2 1/2 dl of liquid
2 dl of frozen lingonberries
1/2 tsp. of organic orange peel
1/2 – 1 tsp. of cinnamon
1/4 tsp. of cardamom
1/2 tsp. of ground ginger
4 dried dates (stones removed)
1 tbsp. of hemp protein

In addition:
1 tbsp. of whole lingonberries
1 tbsp. of cocoa nibs

Wash and dry the orange. Grate off a little zest. Squeeze the juice and pour into the blender. Add the orange zest and the amount of water needed to get 2.5 dl of liquid. Put aside 1 tablespoon of lingonberries and the rest into the blender together with other ingredients, with the exception of the accompaniments, Power mix until smooth. Pour into a glass/glasses and spoon in the whole cranberries and cocoa nibs. Serve the smoothie with a spoon, so you can enjoy all the accompaniments in the smoothie.
