Preparation time 1 min.
2 1/2 dl of (cold-pressed) apple juice
5 to 7 sprigs of fresh mint (leaves only, if the stems are tough)
Power mix with the full power for about 20 sec., until you get a smooth, green drink. Serve immediately.
Tip: Fresh parsley and ginger ale drink is created if you replace the mint with parsley and add a 1 cm piece of fresh peeled ginger. Prepare in the same way.
