Preparation time 5 min. + soaking the nuts ca ½ h

1 dl of soaked cashew nuts
approx. 1 1/2 – 2 dl of water
2 cloves of garlic, pressed
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. of grated lemon peel
1 tbsp. of apple/cider vinegar
2 tbsp. of yeast flakes
1 tsp. of mustard powder
1/2 tsp. of onion powder
1 tsp. of agave syrup or liquid honey
1 tbsp. of cold pressed olive oil
black pepper
salt to taste

Put the soaked and rinsed cashew nuts and 1 dl of water in the blender. Grind into a creamy mixture. Add the remaining ingredients, with the exception of salt and pepper. Continue mixing at full power and add just enough water, so that you get a mayonnaise-like consistency. Finally, add salt and pepper to taste. Keep in the refrigerator in a covered container. Keeps for approx. 2 days.
