FRESH RICE PORRIDGE

For 1
Preparation time 5 min. + cooking of rice (millet or quinoa)

1 organic orange juice and 1 teaspoon grated zest
1 dl of cooked whole-grain rice, cooled (Note: cooked millet or quinoa are also suitable)
1 tbsp. of shelled hemp seeds
2 dried figs
2 dl of frozen blueberries
1/2 tsp. of ground natural vanilla
1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
pinch of salt
enough water to get a suitably thick porridge.

Put all ingredients into the blender in the instruction sequence, gradually add water. Power mix first at low rpm’s for about 20 sec., and finally at full power for 30 sec., until you get a fluffy porridge. Recommended to serve immediately. Keeps in the refrigerator in a covered container for approx. 24 hours.
