CHOCOLATE PORRIDGE

For 1 to 2
Preparation time 5 min. + overnight soaking time

1 1/4 dl of oatmeal or 1 dl of buckwheat – well rinsed
5 dried plums
2 1/2 dl of water
2 tbsp. of sunflower seeds

2 tsp. of (raw) cocoa powder or carob powder
1/2 tsp. of cinnamon
some natural vanilla
2 tsp. of maple syrup
In addition, frozen blueberries or raspberries

Put the oats or buckwheat, plums and water into a covered bowl and soak overnight. Put the sunflower seeds into another bowl and soak in plenty of water overnight. In the morning, strain the seeds and rinse. Put all the ingredients into a blender (including the soaking water of plums and oats / buckwheat). Power mix, increasing the revolutions and finally at full power for about 40-60 sec. Serve, for example, with frozen blueberries or raspberries.
