Preparation time 5 min.
2 1/2 dl of honeydew melon cubes (you can also use the seeds)
1 (organic) pear
1-2 stalks of (organic) celery
a generous handful of oak leaf salad or some other dark green salad
2 cm piece of fresh ginger, peeled
3/4 dl of shredded coconut OR fresh grated coconut
1 tbsp. of lime or lemon juice
2 dl of coconut water and a few ice cubes
Put all ingredients in a blender in the instruction sequence with the exception of ice cubes. Power mix for approx. 30 sec., gradually increasing the speed. In the final stage, add ice cubes and continue to blend on full power into a smooth smoothie. Serve immediately.
